This upcoming Monday, 12/9/24, come cheer on our Falcons as we take on St. Paul Lutheran School in an epic basketball showdown! 🏆 But this game is about more than just basketball—it's about community, compassion, and supporting one another.
All proceeds from ticket sales and donations will go directly to JJ Bledsoe, a brave student battling cancer. 💛🎗️ JJ is an 8th grader attending St. Henry's in Charleston but has been playing basketball with our neighboring school, St. Augustine.

This has been an important week in the season of giving. Our hearts are FULL as donations came pouring in for our Angel Tree families. Fozzie is proudly sitting next to our Angel Tree, where all families/ornaments were chosen.
Also pictured is a very tiny fraction of the items that were brought in. Again, we have such gratitude in our hearts and we are so thankful to everyone that donated to this wonderful cause.🎄✨❤️

Our Beta Club Sponsors hosted a fun and memorable dance this past Friday! We are so thankful for Mrs. Hale, Mrs. Wagner, and Mr. Jenkins for all their work (as well as the help of Beta Club members) to make this an amazing experience for our students.
A short week ahead for our Falcons:
🐾Fozzie Friday🐾
I get asked a lot if Fozzie comes to school everyday. The short answer is no:).
The long answer is "he's still just a puppy".
Coming to school wears Fozzie out, in the best way possible! He stays "on" throughout the day vs getting to nap all day when he is at home :). From the moment we pull into the parking lot on his days here, he begins to whine, and is SO EXCITED to see the kids and adults. Fozzie absolutely loves being at school. He loves walking down the hallways, he loves going to the classrooms, he loves when students come to visit, and he loves arrival and dismissal time. But by his third day of being at school, he is absolutely worn out, and sleeps all day:). 😴
With that said, we try to break up his days. Fozzie rarely comes three days in a row, and on days when Mrs Lands has to stay extra late (ballgames, meetings), Fozzie usually stays home. For now:) As Fozzie keeps getting older, he will be able to tolerate more time at school. For right now, it's 3-4 days a week 🐾💙
Lastly, Fozzie is not taking to these cold days very well. If you saw him in the car rider line on Wednesday, you saw him flipping and flopping and whining to go back inside. So, I guess this means he will be indoors, hibernating, during arrival and dismissal some days😉🥶

📣Mini Cheer Clinic was a HUGE success! Thank you to our cheer coaches and cheerleaders for putting together a phenomenal event for our mini-cheerleaders!
📣We loved seeing all of the smiles during their practice and performance. Thank you to all of the families that allowed their 8️⃣2️⃣ children to be part of this!
✨Weekly Spotlight✨ We had a record breaking week of Positive Office Referrals! I'm so thankful for the kids we have at school that are so willing to help others. They are setting the expectation for how we treat each other. Grateful. Thankful. Blessed. Additionally, one of our students made her way onto the stage at Notre Dame for their weekend production of "Silver Belles"!🎬 We are proud of our students for all of their accomplishments!
